By placing an order with J.SuitesOfficial, you agree to the following:
1. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any items 14 days after the purchase date. Refund requests within 14 days will be reviewed case-by-case.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be accepted for items in unworn, unwashed, original condition with tags. Must be requested within 20 days. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that don’t meet these criteria.
3. Shipping & Handling
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective. Use trackable shipping as we aren’t responsible for lost items.
4. Order Issues
 Report any damaged or incorrect items to J.SuitesOfficial@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
5. Agreement
